Army OER

Anyone know of any good online examples of an OER and OER support form for the Army?

Also, I saw a book several months ago on OER's and can't find it online, anyone have the ISBN # or title of this book.

    Your rater is supposed to provide you with his/her OER support form so that you have a better idea of what to include on yours

    Original post is from 2010, but still good info! Lots of changes to OERs lately. Glad I just had one right before the switch!

    I also just had one right before the switch, unfortunately I have to do a new one in a few months when my deployment ends. Do you know of any websites that have good info for the new OER format? Especially for nurse corps?

    It kinda sucks but the new OER just switched so there is now a new format. The new formatting looks similar to an NCOER in how it breaks down into subcategories. The best place to go is evaluations.hrc.army.mil if you CAC access. If not shoot me a message and I can send you a PDF version. Good luck!
