I’m back again too! It’s an exhausting procession. I am taking extra classes this semester so that I can add Yuba to my applications if this round doesn’t pan out.

You heard right! Nursing school grading is differnt. You have to maintain a B or above to stay in the program. I think they work with you somehow to fix it at first, but if it's a trend you will get kicked out. 

I am intimidated, but I am ready to dedicate myself after waiting so long!

I did the same. I was able to apply to Yuba this semester and last semester. They pick their nursing students based on merit instead of a lottery, so it's different; only the people with the highest points are picked. Last semester my points were on the lower end, but this semester my points are a little more competitive. ?

Do you know what the point cutoff was for last semester for the people that got in?

It was 72. I only had 70. Now I have 77.5.

That's amazing! You will do just fine! Many people have gone through nursing school, even while juggling families and other struggles/responsibilities. We can do it!

Does anyone still have “application submitted” for Sac City? I feel like it’s taking a long time to go to “received”.

Naaaa mine changed to received real quick LOL but I submitted like the same week . So give it some time it will change 

I'm still waiting for my submission too @Julie Montgomery.  I was tracking my packet via USPS and it said that it was left with an individual yesterday at 0923. I'm still waiting for SCC to update my eservices as well.

Does anybody know if Sierra College has the same tracking system as Los Rios? (Stating if the packet was received or qualified)

@JarJarBix I ended up emailing them to be sure and they said a huge batch had just been delivered to the office. They would continue updating the status of applications after the February break.
