applying on Texas BON

Hi! i'm thinking of applying for licensure in texas. However, I'm quite confused on the "affidavit for graduation" part.

I am an RN in the Philippines and I quite confused on where to get the affidavit for graduation that is to be sent to the BON. When I browse the TexAS BON website, I saw an affidavit for graduation for Texas/US grads, is that the same as the one required for international applicants? Thanks.

You should start by reading all the threads about trying to get work visa in the US before you waste your time applying to a BON.
