applying on Texas BON

Hi! i'm thinking of applying for licensure in texas. However, I'm quite confused on the "affidavit for graduation" part.

I am an RN in the Philippines and I quite confused on where to get the affidavit for graduation that is to be sent to the BON. When I browse the TexAS BON website, I saw an affidavit for graduation for Texas/US grads, is that the same as the one required for international applicants? Thanks.
