how to apply reciprocity to other state?

i already passed my nclex exam in CA state and going to expire this year. Im trying to read some threads here how can i apply recipirocity in other state but i do not know how will i start. I want to apply to other state but i dont know if they will honor my application because Ca state cant issue my license. I dont have SSN. Its really bothering me. I want to know if theres any chances i can apply to other state? or I will end up taking exam again.. :mad:

    I suggest you use the search function here, there are states that will issue a license without a SSN, you will have comply with the application process. Some states require current nursing experience since graduation, if you are working as a nurse you will not have an issue.

    PS You are not applying for reciprocity since you never had a license you are applying for initial licensure.
