    hi ginger mom.. i saw vermont state issue a lisence w/out ssn.. ive read http://www.vtprofessionals.org/opr1/nurses/international_forms/NU_RN_International_Application_CES.pdf one of the requirements for Rn's whose nursing programswas not taught in english have to complete cgfns certificate program. it means that vermont state needs CGFNS exam and english proficieny also? do u have any idea for this? many thanks.

    i already passed my nclex exam in CA state and going to expire this year. Im trying to read some threads here how can i apply recipirocity in other state but i do not know how will i start. I want to apply to other state but i dont know if they will honor my application because Ca state cant issue my license. I dont have SSN. Its really bothering me. I want to know if theres any chances i can apply to other state? or I will end up taking exam again..
