Anyone using Prentice Hall Comprehensive for NCLEX RN

I have been answering the CD for about a month now and my scores have been ranging from 60's to above 70's.

Also following it with Saunders Comprehensive 4th Edition cd's and scores ranging from 75%-80's.

I still can't gauge my performance though I really find reading the rationales helpful.

you can never really gauge yourself untill the real exam comes , all you can do is to study the content most likely will come out accdg to the test plan

I never felt ready for the test but I was getting the same scores you are. I also used Prentice Hall & Saunders b/c my Kaplan expired and it really helped me. I also used the NCLEX 3500 online. I searched forums and someone actually referred the Prentice Hall. It was a great reference when I was going through my kaplan book and was more detailed. I would refer people to these two books if they didn't want to pay all that money for kaplan.
