does anyone use the chat facility?

i am new to all nurses and eventually managed to sign into the chat room, but to say there are so many people registered on her there was no one on line chatting, is this normal?

    Every time I enter the chat room it says someone else signed out at the exact same time I signed in. So I am alone in the chat room. Every single time. :o
