So i went to get X-rays for lower back pain. I have sacrolitis. I dont understand why though. I am 20 yrs old and active. Anyway my back gets stiff when i sit to long, or stand to long. I didint go to a doctor yet i scheduled an appointment , cause my M.D doctor is an idiot. He told me opposite of what my X-rays said. He didint have the Xrays just results, the same i got and he diagnosed me with something else.He told me i have severe arthritis, where exactly said i minor. How can i treat this? What steps can i do to help the pain? I dont do anything now. Not much active. I am a full time student, so i am going to do a lot of sitting. Any advice would be great.

The pain started like this. I was playing basketball, and got this back pain. I assumed was from sitting to much. SO i played everday and it went away some. Then one day was really bad. I could barely move and do activiteies during class for labs and such.

Thanks

This is exactly waht it says on diagnoisis

1. Mild degenerative changes involving the bodies L1 and L2.

2. Mild bony sclerotic changes adjacent to the left sacroiliac join probably due to mile sacroiliitis
