does anyone know how to spell this?

I need the proper spelling of the condition that is called Munchasen or Monchousen. The one where a person has many imaginary illnessess. There is also the same condition by proxy.

Thanks, it is kind of hard to look it up when you can think of so many different spellings. With the correct spelling I even found it in my Websters.

Okay Oramar,

Now I am totally curious......you needed this why? Feel free to tell me its none of my business.....
