Anyone interviewing at ASU?

I have an interview scheduled at Arkansas State Univ. on March 27th...just wondering if anyone else has an interview scheduled at ASU? Also, does anyone know how their interview process works or what questions they ask? I have heard that the NA director, Ms. Campbell, and Dr. J Hall (anesthesiologist) sit in on the interview, but Dr. Hall asks most of the questions. Any information is greatly appreciated. BTW, I have an interview for TWU Jonesboro site in April. Thanks

Good Luck with your interview:

I interviewed there last year but didn't get accepted. Before the actual interview I took a 15 question / short answer exam on hemodynamics and drugs. After that you have a 10 or 15 question / short answer questionaire "about yourself" the basic questions asked during an interview. So get there an hour or so early and you'll have more time with the writing.

The actual interview with Ms. Sue Campbell (program director) was very informal and there wasn't anyone else in the room...this could have been due to the fact that the interview was on a Saturday? In my opinion, Arkansas residence & GRE scores play a big part in the decision making process.

GOOD LUCK!

I may remember a few other questions that were on the exam.

Interviewing March 17th @ LSU in New Orleans, LA.

I am interviewing April 6th at LSU. Do you have any suggestions for the interview? How did it go? Was it broken down into 2 15 minute sessions with different sets of interviewers? I guess you can tell I'm a little nervous. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Heavens! It's a small world! I interviewed at ASU on Saturday, March 27th.

Who are (were) you?

I felt good about the experience. The written test wasn't as bad as I had expected. Also, enjoyed interviewing with the married couple, the Bairds.

I am a currently in my third month of anesthesia classes at ASU. The interview was not that difficult. The first thing you will do is take a test. This test is a general Critcal care oriented test. There will be a couple of rooms set up that you will rotate through. Each room will have a current student and a CRNA from the area, with exception of one room that will have Mrs. Campbell and a student. Just be able to verbalize why you want to go to school here. Congrads to all who have interviews, maybe I will see you on the 27th.
