I really need an article for my presentation tomorrow but i can't get it through my school's database... and I know it's available on JAMA and JONA but it's $20 and i'm a poor student. I'm so desperate... or does anyone kow where i can get this article...

Here is a database. It gives you many options to different resources. EBSCOhost I don't know if it has the article you are looking for, but it is a good resource.
