Any Tips on Getting Through Finals?

I have an A&P I final and a Chemistry 102 final that I am preparing for. I am getting very stressed and I am looking into different things to keep me calm, well rested and relieve all this stress. What do you do, eat, how to do you study, etc. for finals?

Things I came up with that will help me get through this:

- Eat well (trying to eat clean, if at all possible)

- Take Airborne to help me from getting sick

-Drink a ton of water

- Stock up on Starbucks K-cups

- Go get a massage (if I have time)

- Try to get as much sleep as possible and try to not stay up cramming

- Study everyday but take breaks every couple of hours

Was thinking of trying to make some protein shakes but honestly, it's crunch time and I don't have time to be on Pinterest and research a bunch of recipes. If you have any good ones, please share! Thank you so much!

I ate very healthy for the couple weeks leading up to finals. Lots of fruits and protein. The weekend before I got a mani/pedi and tried to relax while studying. Sleep was not in the cards for me even though I tried. I am a terrible insomniac and have been since I was a child. But I ended up doing pretty well on my finals and ended up with A's in all of my classes. My lowest grade for this semester was a 94% so I was happy. Now I am done for a month.

A mani-pedi is a great idea! Congrats on your grades and all your hard work! After the 20th I will be able to finally relax too.

It sounds like you are well prepared and have planned well. The only thing I can offer is I studied while listening to classical music. It's supposed to help you retain info and calm you. Worked for me! I actually listened to it while driving to school to take my finals. Best of luck!

Let me know how your finals go! It won't be long before I end up having to go through that, so I'll probably do whatever it takes to prepare for finals like that, too.

Update: having my boyfriend cook me delicious healthy dinners, like fish and veggies is being added to my list! :)

I ended up with a B in A&PI and Chem 102! Although, my plan above didn't work out the way I wanted. I had trouble sleeping because I was so stressed out about finals but I managed to pull it together.
