I'm taking this thing on Tuesday. I have the ATI study manual and am finding it helpful. I am however very concerned with the science portion. The questions seem very difficult in the manual. There are a bunch of very confusing graphs and diagrams. Please tell me that the ones on the actual test are easier. I feel very confident in the other 3 categories. I thought science would be my stongest score on this test, now I'm thinking otherwise. Any advice to calm my nerves before the big day?

The science portion is a real bugger, because the questions are sometimes very specific about a wide range of subjects. Make sure you understand how to read the graphs in the study guide. My test had some graphs that weren't even in the book and I had never seen anything like them before. Try to just be strong in the areas that you can work on. I think the national avg score for the science is about 66-67%, which is interesting since so many of the prenursing students have had years of science and bioscience. I think it is just the way it is set up. Try to relax, watch the time and read carefully, because THAT will help your score more than anything at this point. Just breathe and let all you know flow. Its really not that bad.
Good luck!
