AMA benchmarking

Our physicians are looking for a benchmarking for AMAs. Does anyone know of one?

    do you mean a benchmarking study..... a comparison of how your facility handles AMA situations with other similar facilities? If so, your best bet would be to contact whatever accreditation agency you use and find out if they have one on file for you to use....or if you need to DO one, you'd have to contact all the facilities in your area and have alot of work ahead. Never mind, hire a consultant!

    Accreditation specialists do this routinely for outpatient settings, ambulatory centers, inpatient specialty areas, etc....something I did up until recently.
