Allheart orders?

Thanks, I spouted off an email immediately.

I've used Allheart probably a dozen times in the past year and have never had a problem with them. Based on this thread, it sounds like they're hit-or-miss. I'm glad they always 'hit' with me and I'll continue to use them.

:angryfire It seems that they forgot about my order because i emailed them on the 21st and they emailed me saying that willsend it out tomorrow.. so i probably would have never gotten my stuff send if i didnt contact them.... i havent received my stuff yet so we'll see how the shipping goes.

Sounds like I'm the only one but I have placed multiple orders with Allheart and have had no problems whatsoever with them. It does take longer for personalized items (of course) but then it's that way for anything that has to be engraved or embroidered.

You're not alone - I've placed multiple orders with them and received everything within days. Not a single problem yet! I have to admit, I'll be a little more cautious now...

I've ordered several times from them in the past 9 months and have had very good experiences every time.

I ordered all of my 1st semester nursing equipment from them back in Aug. My shoes were on back order but they sent me an email about it and sent the rest of the stuff. My clipboard with calculator didn't work properly so I called customer service. They said send it back so I sent it out the next day. They also sent a new clipboard BEFORE they even received the defective one. And they sent me a discount coupon for my next order to cover the return postage that I paid.

I highly recommend Allheart.com. They also have the best prices on the name brand stuff. I search at least 5 sites and compare exact products before I buy and Allheart always comes out cheapest. In fact, I saved over $75 (even including shipping) when buying my equipment from them versus the medical store the school recommended.

I too have had good experiences with allheart. Every order I have placed has come in within a week with the exception of one scrub set that I knew was on backorder when I ordered it.

For those of you who don't like allheart, what is another good site to order supplies from?

I placed my most recent order on March 21st, it was confirmed on the 22nd and shipped on the 23rd. And I recieved it today (March 28th)!! That's great service, especially since one of my items had my name embroidered on it! Kudos to Allheart for their quick service! And they spelled my name correctly on the emboridered jacket ... a miracle considering I've never had it done right by any other company!
