I am currently an LPN/LVN in Alaska. I am interested in moving to California in the near future. Does anybody know about any nursing programs in the San Diego area that have an LPN to BSN program? I am extremely committed to getting my BSN.

San Diego State I think will give you LVN credit.
Look at the california board RN website, it lists all accredited programs and usually says which ones will give you credit for your LVN. :)
I was wondering if anybody knew of any programs in CA or online LPN to BSN programs that are legitimate to take? I currently have my Alaska LPN license and am looking to move to California in the near future. However, I am extremely interested in recieving my BSN degree to advance my nursing skills.

There are many "legitimate" online courses here is forum dedicated to schools....Nursing Degrees & Distance Learning For Nurses
In California they are having an issue with nursing employment with as many as 50% of all new grads unable to find positions. The Market is very tight in the lower 48.
