Affinity Drug Test

I recently had a nail drug test I wanted to know how long it usually takes to get the results back through affinity. It's went through USDTL

It depends on what it was.  The turnaround times vary greatly. I've had a Peth come back in 3 days and up to 10.

You mean the results or the type of test?. I got a nail test done.

I've never had nails done, only hair- those seem to be about a week (M-F).With most tests, if the preliminary result is positive, it takes much longer because they have to validate it  further. I would think a nail test would take longer in general.  Hope that helps!

if the result is positive do you have to stay in the program longer even though you told them you did the drug in the eval?

Almost invariably, yes. They consider a positive drug test result as 'material evidence". But, it really depends on who your case manager is, and how well she does, or does not advocate for you.

Hey! Has anyone had any results posted as 'in progress' before? It's been a week since I submitted my hair test and just curious about it. I has never said that before so I'm just patiently/impatiently waiting LOL!

Thanks!

It means it arrived to the lab basically, but the one time it did happen to me my sample wasn't accepted

I had the same question about the nail test...have done several some come back 3 or 4 days but some take longer and it's giving me anxiety...so I was wondering if the labs give quick results but affinity is not posting immediately...does anyone know???

Are you in the evaluation process or do you have a monitoring agreement?
