I got accepted into an ADN nursing program. (I already have a bachelors degree). An ADN program was the most affordable thing in my town. I always wanted to be a nurse and I am so excited and greatful. However, I need to vent. It just doesn't make any sense to me how it's becoming so hard for ADNs to get jobs while they psss the same exact exam BSNs do to practice as a nurse. Also why the heck are RN to BSN programs 2 additional years although traditional BSN programs are only 2yrs total.
