ADN Case Manager?

Hello, I have 6 years of bedside experience and would love to be a case manager. I get rejected from jobs because I don't have my BSN. Any advice for me for how to break into the speciality while I acquire my BSN?

    Your profile blurb says you have home care experience. Some places that have CHHA service also contract themselves out to insurance companies and provide MLTC service using nurse case managers. Maybe check the organizations you have worked for in home care, or ask nurses you have met in your area who work for CHHA/ home health.
