ADHD

Anyone with adhd take meds and have issues in their monitoring program?long story short I just got diagnosed and my pcp thinks meds would greatly help me. I know if you have a legal prescription of a med you "should" be fine but I'm not sure if that's reality in a program like ours. 17 months left and debating waiting to start meds until then.

Some states say OK some say no. Id see a psychiatrist for the diagnosis then ask your case manager

In Texas I continued my Adderal while on monitoring.  It could be fine.  It could be fine because my issue was opiates.  It could be fine only because it was a valid prescription.  I am very ADHD and I would have had a very hard time without my medication.  I made sure to explain this to my attorney too and he may have made certain it was no big deal.

Hope that helps.
