HELLO,

I WORK AS A LPN IN COUNTY NURSING HOME AND MANDATION WILL CONTINUE FOR CALL OFFS EVEN THOUGH THERE IS 3 RNAC'S AND 1 LPN IN STAFF DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY.EVEN OUR NURSES AIDES STILL CAN BE MANADATED FOR CALL OFFS AGAIN EVEN WITH QUALIFIED STAFF IN THE BUILDING,WE HAVE RESTORATIVE NURSES AIDS WHO I FEEL CAN PULLED FROM THEIR CAPACITIES TO FILL IN FOR CALL OFFS.OUR UNION INFORMED US THAT THE DIRECTORY OR NURSING HAS NO INTENTIONS TO PULL QUALIFIED STAFF TO FILL IN FOR CALL OFFS BUT MANDATE INSTEAD.WELL I GUESS WE'LL JUST HAVE TO KEEP A STACK OF COMPLIANT FORMS ON OUR PERSON AND FILE THEM WITH THE PA LABOR/INDUSTRY.ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS.:angryfire:madface::uhoh3:

Don't worry, the SEIU (Serving Employers Instead of Us) doesn't stop much of anything. I wish they would stop collecting 70.00 of my pay each month.
