ACLS in Chicago or WI??

CPR Associates in Chicago. They provide the materials and class. If this is your first time the cost is $199. I use this place for ACLS and have had positive experiences.

Any idea where i can get ACLS materials to study and classes to go? and how much is the fee?thanks

Does your hospital not offer the class? Generally taking it once you are an employee can be significantly cheaper. For the most recent ACLS book I have been able to borrow it from my library

Generally larger hospitals offer the class. My hospital offered the class and people that worked at smaller hospitals in the area came here to take the class. SO look at larger hospitals in your area of your hospital doesn't offer it. wherever you work should pay for it all, including study material. Mine did.
