Achieve Test Prep

Has anyone gone through the achieve test prep program, LPN to RN? It kind of sounds a little too good to be true. Does anyone know if they are accredited through the state of Minnesota? I see all of these online courses for RN to BSN (which is great), but I would like to get my RN online in Minnesota.
