To my understanding, Achieve Test Prep is essentially a tutor, for lack of a better term, that is supposed to help you learn material needed to pass your chosen exam. They are not a college; so nothing you do with them will transfer anywhere. If you’ve chosen this test preparation company, hopefully you’ll learn what you need to pass the real college’s  exam.

You will still be required to pay all of the charges for the college that you plan to graduate from. When I went through Excelsior College, they had a policy that if you failed one of their exams and you did NOT use their recommended study materials, you could not challenge your grades. I hope this answers your questions.

So sorry you wasted your time. This is no school. Just courses to referesh you. They do not transfer.
