AASU BSN Program JAN 2012

I just applied for the Nursing Program at Armstrong Atlantic in September. I mailed in my application along with everything else. This will be my second semester trying. Has anyone heard back from them yet? I've been waiting, and just have anxiety over it all over again! I thought last time, they at least mailed me a letter stating that they are reviewing my application, but I haven't heard anything. And now I'm scared that maybe they didn't receive it through the mail...even though nothing was returned or anything. Maybe I'm just freaking myself out due to wanting to get in SO bad! :)

Hey Jen,

I applied too and haven't heard anything. I was also wondering how long it takes them to make a decision and when I might hear something. Let me know when you hear from them. If this is your second app, I bet you'll get in. I'm pretty sure I won't make the cut. Good luck!

Hello Everyone! Im new to allnurses. I also applied to the Spring 2012 class. Does anyone know the average GPA this application cycle? I was also told by Ms. .... that letters will be going out by October 21, 2011. Also, when you completed the application it stated if you wanted to know when your application arrived you should do some type of mail tracking. Good luck to everyone!!

hi everyone congrats to yo all. I plan on applying Fall 2012 do you ll mind sharing your gpa, teas test scores, and wether your grades were A's or B's? I'm a A and B student my gpa is 3.10 I take my teas next month and I'm very scred I wont get in.

I think you will be fine my gpa is a 2.98 and I had a C in A&PII and PSYC 2950, so don't give up. I was so afraid because of everything that I'd heard about getting in, but it's not impossible. My teas score was an 81 (the study guide helps a lot), and I also had to take A&PI over because I got a D the first time, which I thought would definitely make it harder to get in because they say that that reduces your chance when you have to repeat a class, but I still made it in the first try, so don't be discouraged at all.
