I have some questions about my A&P homework assignment. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

The questions are:

The insertion tendon of the --- group contains a large sesamoid bone, the patella.

The extrinsic muscles of the hand originate on the --- .

The pectoralis major and deltiod muscles act synergistically to --- the arm.

Thanks to anyone that could help!

p.s. My mom is a nurse and still having trouble with these questions.

I loved anatomy, I don't remember much from it already but I'll give it a try.
