what to do?

Hello all, I'm new grad and I have been in a LTC facility for less than 6months. I just don't feel safe in that environment. I want to quit the job. What should I do. Should I give them a 2 weeks notice or just give them the phone call? I just feel that by giving them two weeks notice, word would spread throughout the area and staff could put me in situations that could sabotage my license.

Yes, of course you should give 2 weeks' notice. AFTER you have another job lined up.

What is unsafe, and what exactly are your concerns about others "sabotaging" your license? I find that often, those concerns are pretty groundless.

Give them the two weeks notice. Its much much better then giving a phone call and say Iquit.

Though what might hurt you is the short time period. Some places might not like that you only put in 6 months. They might see this as you are a job hopper and wonder if you'd only give them 6 months and move on.

Actually, it would appear the OP has only been at that job for 3 months.
