I We are not eligible to apply for h1b with diploma. To do BSN on h4,it is very expensive. If we have to transfer to f1,need to show some funds and stuff. Then what is the solution to work in United states? going madddddd.................I have 8 years of work experience from 2003-2011,not less than 5 years(may be i put the no.wrong)

There isn't really another solution unless you do something or your spouse doesn't something to increase to either EB2 or EB1 and find a employer willing to offer you job that meets that criteria. EB1 is current to everyone that meets requirements so getting GC and being able to work as a spouse would be quicker
if we go for bsn,is there any chance to get work permit in any way?
H1b is a lottery and you will have to try and find a employer willing to pay $$$ to go through the process as they must pay as per the federal directive.

Just a BSN may not be sufficient for an employer to consider the time & expense without recent paid clinical practice. Current certifications (CPR/BLS, ACLS, pals, TNCC etc) are easier to remedy with time and money to pay for the classes.
