New Grad at Duke

Hi! I am going to be interviewed for a new grad position at Duke in NC. I am moving to the area from the Northeast. Does anyone have any tips on the shadowing/interviewing process at Duke as a new grad who has already been through it. Also, how do the start dates work? Are they flexible (asking because of the relocation)? Anyone know what a starting salary is?

I shadowed then interviewed-both were a bout 30 min each. I wore scrubs. They will tell you all the information you need to know about salary etc. Starting dates are rolling right now, I think. When I started the start dates were monthly, but that may have changed.

Be who you are b/c if you pretend you are someone you aren't and get hired, you are going to be miserable.
