What is the Nursing management of patient with Anisocoria?

First. Tell me....what is anisocoria? Does anisocoria always require nursing intervention?

Uhh... well there's really nothing you do to "manage" anisocoria. It just is. If you have a neuro patient with baseline equal pupils who all of a sudden develops anisocoria, there's a problem but there are plenty of people who walk around every day with anisocoria and no issue whatsoever. Something like 10-20% of healthy people have anisocoria. I had a colleague who never noticed hers until one of our neurosurgeons pointed it out to her.
