Is anyone doubting themselves?

I believe I am getting paranoid. I started to review for the exam and I feel like I don't remember anything. Is anyone going through this?

yea. I have almost completed Kaplan. 2 more sample tests left and I feel like this.

Just calm yourself down and when the time comes around for the exam. Breathe, remind yourself that you got this, and then focus.

Yeah I feel the same way and I'm taking my test on Tuesday. Just keep studying content and reviewing questions. Good luck!

since the 16th of December. My exam is on the 11th.

I'm definitely feeling that way I feel like in studying all the wrong things and m afraid I'm going to get questions that I didn't focus on. I graduated in July and just recently go my sit pass, I feel like I've let to much time pass and I may not remember anything.

I graduated in May 2011 and failed the NCLEX 4 times so you can imagine how I feel =(. I am starting a Kaplan review course Tuesday and I have access to Hurst review but I am seriously doubting myself. My test is on 2/10 (my birthday) so I am hoping it will be a great day and I am also one year cancer free on 1/30 so I have a few good things to look forward to but I sm seriously nervous I am going to be a 5 time NCLEX failure.

Congrats on being cancer free :) & don't doubt yourself or even comment saying you're 5th time failing nclex. You haven't taken it yet. Lets jus hope those 4 times were enough and u pass the 5th time. Good luck and keep a positive attitude :)

I am planning on scheduling it for the first week in February. Like 2/1. That gives ne a total of 4weeks. What do you think? I have a ATI class review then Kaplan or Hurst haven't decided yet. Then 2 hard weeks of pure studying. Is this double? Please any advice from anyone.

From what others have told me. Take it ASAP

that is from people who pass and are working.

I would get a book while you decide.

Amazon.com: Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment: Practice Excercises for the NCLEX Exam eBook: Linda A. LaCharity, Candice K. Kumagai, Barbara Bartz: Kindle Store

Ignore that review. he gave a poor review because the questions were just like the previous edition, but the previous edition didn't have online resources.

Thank you. I am going to choose that date and stick to it. I have PDA. And am starting questions today. Great luck on your test.

Oh yes, I thought too that I would not remember anything - truth is, you do. Take a deep breathe, you got this!

I know this is way late, but I just ran across your post and wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I am so relieved to hear that I am NOT the only one who is filled with self doubt. To be honest, I am scared witless. I graduated in December and took a three week break to enjoy the holidays- but the second I opened the book to study, I was flooded with fear, doubt and anxiety. I was so completely overwhelmed- there is just so much material. I didn't know where to start, what to use, what to focus on and to top it off my brain cells were in hibernation- I couldn't remember anything!!

But luckily, thanks to God, I found my knight in shining armor- HURST! I have fallen head over heels in love with this review. They break down the information in simple ways that are easy to understand and retain- they make it fun. Although I'm still extremely nervous and anxious, in just a few short weeks my confidence is improving. If you're needing a content refresher, like me, then I highly recommend Hurst!

Aside from Hurst, my best resource has been God- He offers his services free of charge and proves quite convenient as He is with you always ;). Pray- pray for peace, for guidance, for competence and confidence. If He brought you to it, He will get you through it. With Him and through Him WE can get through this!!

Good luck and Happy studying!
