Hi all! I am a new grad RN and have applied for MANY positions. I have not gotten one interview yet. Although I have had several professionals review my email & cover letter, I am beginning to think that this may be the problem. Because I do not have experience and have only had 1 job (not related to nursing), my current resume consist of the following:

Name, Contact info, objective, license/certifications, education, clinical experience, and work experience. It is also only 1 page. I did not list references on the actual resume, instead it states "references on request." I am open to and also very appreciative of any new recommendations if you have them. Thanks
