Any LVN's currently/former DAVITA employees in CA??

I am currently considering working for this company, but I have read really bad reviews online :/ any one working for this company?? Is it that bad?? Thank u!! :)

    I would really like to know about this too, though I am in TX. I recently did a nurse refresher course and the instructor recommended Davita. The bad reviews are alarming.

    I recall seeing a few threads about Davita on the dialysis/renal/urology subforum. I would head on over there & see what I could find out about the company..from what I recall however, they mentioned that management wasn't too helpful.

    They were in the local hospital here in St Petersburg FL during my clinical rotations and I did a few days with the staff learning about dialysis. Every employee I met liked their job and didn't complain. I thought about applying myself.
