i'm a registered nurse in the philippines...our whole family just recently migrated here in BC...I entered Canada with an immigrant visa...we're here for a month now...

i just want to know the process of applying for CRNE because I'm kind of confused about the SEC and the need to get a bridging education program...I haven't applied for it yet but i'm planning to apply for CRNE..

Moved to a thread on it's own. You are not applying for CRNE but to be a licensed nurse. Starting point would be the college of RN's for BC and they will make an assessment based on what you submit and if SEC is required you will have to do it before they will give permission to sit CRNE.

So, first, I have to contact CRNE ..then they will give me the package...they will assess me, and if they think that my documents are not sufficient enough to prove my competency..they will require me to take the SEC..then the SEC will require me take bridging courses/re-entry..if they find it necessary for me to do it....Am i right with this information?

No. First you need to contact the CRNBC, which is the college of nurses in BC. They will send you a package and information on how to proceed from there. The CRNE is the exam you will write once you are deemed eligible.
