Woman goes to the plastic surgeon for a couple of lifts and tucks and he offers a new device called a "knob," which is attached to the back of the neck and twisted slightly from time to time. It's designed to last for years and to save time and trouble. She accepts.

She loves it! For 15 years she continues to look young and taut and firm. Then, she notices a couple of problems developing and goes back to see the doc. "I've got these bags under my eyes and the knob doesn't seem to work to remove them." He looks for a few seconds, takes her hand and says, "Hon, those are not bags, they are your breasts."

She sighs and says "Well, I guess there's no point in mentioning the goatee...."
