abnormal UA for physical exam

can a nursing program that you're already in cut you because you had an abnormal UA? i handed my paperwork in and my UA was abnormal but my dr is following up on it. they didnt write anything on the paper though that i handed in to school. im just worried i will get in trouble even though i FEEL fine.
