ok so I got a job at a rehab hospital as a Rehab nursing tech(CNA) and i'll be working nights.
starting pay is $12 and then there is a shift differential of 15% because of nights... so thats $13.80 and i'll be working every other weekend and the weekend differential is 30%.... so my question is... would the weekend diff be added onto my night shift diff to make it a 45% diff for working weekend nights? or would it be just the 30%?
plz help, im sooo confused and i like to look ahead so im already adding up the money to see where my bills go and other things of that nature so i'd really like to be on point..
this will be my first CNA job, i just finshed the trainning and passed the test at the start of may sooo yea i have no idea about any of this and i've never gotten shift diff at any of my other jobs (book stores and none profits)
