Help...Need nursing topic

Hi there,

I thought what a better way to figure out a topic for my evidence based practice project but go to the souirce. I hope that you can help me. So far I have thought of hourly rounding but there is not enough info to do this project. I have also thought of teds and pressure ulcers but these do not have much interest with me. Can any of you think of a topic that would be good to do research on? Maybe a topic that you find challenging in your day to day practice? I am open to suggestions. I am fresh out of ideas and I need new ideas .Please respond.
