Anyone here applying to UCF for fall 09 admission? I am waiting on my letter either way, hoping to network with others waiting.

Just applied to UCF ABSN summer '09 program, but not the regular program. Best of luck! Waiting for the next three months for a decision is going to be torture!

what is your GPA

Does anybody know what is the GPA (cut off) for the accelerated 2nd degree program?

3.0 to apply, though i've heard the lowest gpa accepted is much higher. however, gpa isn't everything.... (at least i'm hoping that's the case!!!) i have a "colorful" and lengthy academic history, but i'm still optomistic!!! thankfully i rocked my pre-reqs, hoping my written interview made a difference....

Is anyone trying to get into UCF's MSN program(s) for Fall 2009?

Hello! Im new to this website :) I sent my application for Fall of 09(BSN program) but the program moved my application for spring of 010 to one of the regional campuses in Cocoa beach which is 40 minutes away from the Orlando campus. So my question is should i live in the off campus housing near Orlando campus and commute to the Cocoa beach campus because I can not afford to stay in the apartments near cocoa beach campus and I don't know anyone to rent with so the off campus housing seems more affordable because they take financial aid instead if paying monthly.

I have also applied to the UCF Basic BSN program, however, for the Daytona Campus. Does anyone know how competitive it is to get into their school? My stats are the following:

Pre-req GPA: 3.88

Science GPA: 4.0

Cum GPA: 3.4

I spoke to someone from the Nursing Department the other day and she said decision letters won't be mailed out till the end of July or beginning of August. Anyone hear otherwise?? Anyone else apply for Daytona??
