I Begin Classes on Monday!

I am so excited, yet nervous at the same time. I begin classes on Monday toward my BSN. I keep feeling like this is too good to be true and something bad is gonna happen. I need to just relax and enjoy the ride. Anyone else starting soon?

I start semester two on Wed. I still pinch myself sometimes, silly I know. It's just we all worked so hard and waited so long for that moment, when it comes it's a little surreal. I hope you enjoy your NS experience.

Oh yeah, I wanted to edit to add that I still feel like something bad is going to happen and graduation will never really come, thanks for making me feel normal!

Whew! I'm glad I'm not alone! LOL I start on Saturday, 1/19. I've been feeling the same way. I wasn't expecting to start until the summer, but I got a call from the nursing program saying I could start a semester early. I've dreamt about this moment over and over and always thought I'd be jumping up and down with excitement. I am excited, but I'm walking around in a daze instead. It's like I'm in shock that it's really happening! It's SO surreal, and I'm waiting to wake up from a dream! LOL

Congrats!!

I just started second semester of nursing school. I had that bad feeling that something was going to happen that would prevent me from starting from the day i got my acceptance letter.

Nothing bad has happened at all so far. Infact I got excellent grades my first semester, all A's and one A-. Our nursing school is quite large, 200 people entered the program this year, and all the instructors still know be my name.

However, the bad feeling still hasnt gone away.

That feeling is actually a good thing, it keeps you from slacking off, and taking the whole experience lightly, like many students seem to do.

Best of luck!!
