I would suggest a couple of things, check out Suzane's plan for the NCLEX but also have a good read in the Phillipine and International forums. Can be done without going to a review centre

have a read on her sticky/thread near the top of the main NCLEX forum page complete what it says then pm her and she will then give you the next stage
