Taking an EXTRA birth control pill???

 :imbar

I am sooooo stupid!! I went to take my daily dose of antidepressant and took an extra BCP instead!!:rotfl: Oh my gosh, I feel so dumb! I was reading something when I went to take it and just totally spaced and reached for the BCP package instead! I even broke it out of its little bubble. I need help!

Anyway...........I know what to do if I miss one, or two..........but what about when you take an EXTRA one? I took one this AM at 8, now another at 5:30. Any precautions or should I just take the next days tomorrow (which technically would now be Saturdays dose), which would start my period one day earlier??

PLEASE don't tell me to throw out the pack and start over!!!:crying2:

We all make mistakes--I've dropped mine down the sink before! I can't imagine it would hurt to double up since that's what you do when you miss a pill. If I were you, I'd just keep taking them like normal and get my period a day early (like you said). You could always call your provider tomorrow if you're really worried.
