Denver School of Nursing-October 2017

Hey guys,

I got my email just looking for others who have and will be classmates in October 2017 for the BSN completion option program.

Are any of you going to knock out pathophysiology before classes start in October? I'm knocking patho out starting May 30th at Arapahoe Community College. The admissions coordinator at DSN already said they would accept it

All the best!

Dirk

Does anyone know what a sample schedule looks like for first quarter?

I have no clue, I'm assuming some of our schedules will be different though since myself and a few others are currently taking pathophysiology and will not have that first quarter like everyone else. Either way there aren't any clinical first quarter so it shouldnt be SO bad (fingers crossed)

I hope so too. I badly need to keep my job. My employer is very flexible but dont want to be unfair to them when they are so good to me.

@Nursegumdrop hey I was told today we wouldnt get the actual schedule until September but if you have patho done or are doing patho now its only two classes they said expect 3 days a week, and the new schedule makes the second quarter lighter!!! Thank goodness!

Hi all!

I am attending DSN in October as well! I am taking patho at the school though but for those who aren't and are in the class now how is it? I'm so nervous to take that class... looking forward to meeting everyone at oreintation!!

Did you have a hard AP class? And if so did you do exceptionally well in them? Because if yes then you'll be fine, if your AP classes were easy or you struggled then it will be hard because its the same type of stuff
