is this book a good study guide (content-wise) for the nclex-rn? i've read in this forums that they go directly for uworld.

Moved to the NCLEX forum.

Lots and lots and lots of posts here about how to study/what to study/when to study, etc.

I'm using Saunders, but mostly for content review. My cohort was required to buy Kaplan, so I've been focusing on doing questions in Kaplan. I also bought the NCLEX Mastery app (maybe over a year ago when it was on sale for 50% off) and more recently got UWorld. I test next week and am mainly focusing on doing Kaplan and UWorld and then remediating all of my questions (right and wrong) plus looking up content in Saunders when I'm unsure about something (as opposed to Google).

I can't tell you the full extent of Saunders (because it comes with all that online stuff, which has I think nearly 2000 questions?), but I can say for content, it's good. My favorite, though, has to be UWorld. The rationales are amazing and I love remediating right after a question (Tutor mode). I don't have that ability with Kaplan...

Good luck and happy studying!
