La County Work Style Asssesment Test

This coming week for La County I am scheduled to take a Work Style Assessment test for a LVN postion. The test consist of covering Achievements,Confidence and Optimism,Deductive Reasoning Ability, Independence,Influence,Professional potential and Reliability.

I wanted know is there anybody who has taken this test recently can tell me how to prepare for this test? Is it hard or easy? What is the test like? How many questions are on the test?

    Please tell me about the test! Is there any practice question books I can buy or tutoring service. I am willing to pay for that.
