Break fast:
Biscuit w/ sausafe, egg and cheese, large hash browns, small vanilla shake.
Lunch:
Double whopper with cheese, large french fries, large Dr. Pepper
Dinner:
BK Big fish sandwich, Large frech fries, medium choc shake
Daily recommended Calorie intake: 2,000-2,500 depending on your calorie needs.
Total Calories for eating one day at Burger King?

Do you think fast food corparations should have to have the calorie amounts next to all of their food items? :
"Hummm I am craving a Double whooper withc cheese and it is ony $2.49....but wait! 1010 calories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never mind I'll got to subway!"

is the average person not aware that fast food is extremely fattening? i don't get these people that are shocked that eating at mcdonald's every day, all day may be unhealthy. i don't think they should have to post calories on the menu, that would be bad for business. people need to learn how to make responsible choices.

Do you go to most restaurants and see the calorie count on the menus?
People need to take some responsibility for what they put into the mouth. This is something that a restaurant should not have to do. Nutritional value of most fooods, espeically fast food, is available all over the place.
