x-ray tech in philippines

hello,,, my brother-in-law is an x-ray tech in the philippines and is wishing 2 get a working visa here in the United States. Does anybody have any suggestions on what he can do or any phone numbers that would be helpful. He has a wife and 3 children. Thank you for your time.

at a guess being a x ray tech isn't going to help him get into the US.... Not sure if he would qualify for H1B but he would need to find a hospital willing to go this route and then if anything should go wrong with the job he would have to leave immediately he looses his job plus all the H1b visa's for next year have gone..

I would say having RN would be more benifical but with retrogression coming in who knows how long things will take
