wrong order

busy day the other day, accidentally ordered the wrong urine test (tox screen instead of culture)...repercussions? urine culture had already been ordered the day before, too late to cancel urine tox. thoughts?

    That is a small scale mistake that I would not lose sleep over...just be sure that the culture actually gets done.

    thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks. when i realized i had done it, i immediately got palpitations and had to sit down. it was an incredibly intense moment, i'm sure we've all been there, but i'm not sure why i reacted in so negatively to that.
