Would appreciate some input!

I am thinking of looking into being a home health nurse. I loved my HH rotation during nursing school and I am getting burnt out at my current job. But I do not want to interview unless I know what I am getting myself into!

How was your training?

Do you ever feel thrown to the wolves or alone with no help?

Is there someone you can call if you encounter something you are unfamiliar with?

How many patients a day do you see? A week?

Pay per visit or per hour?

Do you get mileage or gas reimbursment?

Are you making more or less than you did at the hospital?

What do you like about it?

What do you not like about it?

What questions should I ask at my interview?

Any agencies that are know to be "bad" to work for or that I should avoid?

Thanks in advance!
