i start my program in a few weeks and im kinda worried cause i started flipping through my textbooks and the nursing diagnoses & drug calc didnt make sense at all it might as well have been in sanskrit! i feel like this is ment to be i mean i got into a program that only accepts 30 ppl,and i got the program completely paid for by a grant...what are the odds! so apparently somebody saw something in me (alack from my really shotty test scores hehe) im just worried about getting the care plans and such did anyone else worry about this? and i have ALWAYS been rancid at math i get it after awhile but it takes time i mean i barely passed algebra with a sci calculator..im just curious if im worrying to much or if im kinda doomed

You are worrying to much! When you start school your instructors will explain how to do a care plan and how to figure out the drug dose calculations stuff. Take these next few weeks and relax, have a wonderful holiday and forget about school for now until it starts.
Best of luck to you!

hey im one week out from finishing my first term in my program. the care plans are explained in great detail and the calculations are easy to master once they are broken down for you but pharmacology on the other hand is terrible, i studied and studied by butt off for it and just passed by one point. its tough, time management it the key and read as much as you can
aww thank you so much for yalls help! im prepared to study and study what doesnt kill you makes you stronger right :)
